There is lots of poltics , only chimcha giri is appreciated. I worked in group comapny but even after promise and commitment ,my salary and relieving letter was not issued. Worst company. Zero leadership..14 hrs duty in a day.

No leadership , only dictatorship by COO. And high poltics all the time no support to Heads. I worked as GM HR &IR . But worst experience.

...red 200 plus consultant including me, i was served my 1.5 years with perfection. They hold our March 2020 salary and rest we have not received till September.

Their policies which is under there directors. They have no honor about hr department.

...aints in front of the management. You will not get any empathy nor any support. They will deduct your salary every month for being late even if it is 2or 5 minutes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
