Job security at LMW is one focus area concerns staff members. Career growth is consistent at LMW and talents are recognized, but the growth trajectory will take time and need to wait patiently.

Talented Professionals are not staying. All my Gold Medalist Seniors and others had quit or were sometimes advised (mislead) by higher-ranking persons to change their careers. Almost all the worthy Textile Technologists from reputed college left the job. It is unfortunate to look for someone's weakness rather than to compliment and utilize their strengths for the development of the organization. Even if the HOD knows the value of the work done, unable to recognize it, since the power center lies to someone. Not having the interest of Common goals of company growth even at higher levels. In total, Lack of professionalism but only a survival strategy always.
