Low compensation/benefits Low basic salary Salary structure with many fixed components which does not change with increments. 10% hike will be effectively 8%.

Don't join worst company in my life . Lot of politics and blame game.. Mental tension. 24hrs calling from boss and prodution dept. No value of your hard work.. Even if you die then also they don't care.. Please don't join.. Better job less

I love the way company policies and the management dedication to improve manpower skills.

There are small loose holes ..where the old employees won't work as per there paid vages.. simply wasting companies money. They need dto do work atleast for there satisfaction..but it's happening.

Good place to learn....All are nice ..All up to which team you are working and your manager. HR team is very supportive.

Dislikes

Major drawback the Plant is located in Dabaspet, Bangalore rural. People who are traveling from city is very difficult even though provided cab and canteen food.
