Even though they have their office in all the location they want employees to travel places where the office location isn't convenient to the employee.Wasting company resources by outsourcing employees.HR and manger doesn't approve for anything approve.

Likes

The pay is good if you are from a good college otherwise it's very less. Job Security is also very good it's like a government job no one can remove you but can pressurize you to leave.

Dislikes

There is no training at all only On-The-Job Trainings. There is no career growth, the same kind of repetitive work is given and that too 24*7 if your team changes to Field Services.

Likes

... fields within Telecommunications-Wireless, Radio, Microwave, Transmission, etc. Reasonable salary with attractive shift bonus. Fixed working hours, hence good work-life balance. Some of the collleagues are great, they'll make you feel at home.

Dislikes

Politics at the middle management level, in terms of promoting favourites. Little to no support provided for innovation initiatives. Huge gap in training their employees, right from initial job-related training to Learning and Development for further career growth.

Likes

it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.

Dislikes

They don't promote you easily even if you have skills sometimes. salary hikes are very low as all telecom companies, unlike IT companies.

Worst Management.. Management team of Ericsson will not consider for skill development Only they require 24*7 active work pattern. Actually their is not any requirement for skilled employees ..the one who can give his life to ericsson only will be preferred . My 2 years of experience was horrible.. No extra pays from Management for your OT and night shifts .. Definately will not going to join this type of job again in my entire life.
