Working Environment, Working Culture, People around, Bluffing Payments, Delays in salary, Negative market image, No vendor is ready to supply material due to their negativity & bluffing payments.

Job not secure. Cheater management, I was worked with Lloyd 13 month Indian Railway AC Coach Maintenance.

Dislikes

Salary not getting on time always 3 month delay. HR is not giving any response. Very bad Company, RMPU AC maintenance Railway. Management are not giving response for any query.

Its one of the best company which i have worked. Especially policy for dealer and distributor is really good. They complete their commitment which is most important.

Before merging with havells, some times we faced shortage of materials but overall its really good company

I enjoyed with Lloyd groups...And good team and lot of experience from lloyd..Every planning according to dispatch for customer satisfaction and creates critical shortages A.c bop parts.

Good team work..With every senior person I enjoyed ..but this is sessionable company 8 month mass production 4 month low production this secure job for casual staff.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like re-hire policy here.
