Likes

Nothing to like. Isolates place to work. No ventilation, no safety in case of emergency. Whole office stinks coz of bundles of rotten files and mice craps. No training no support. Only do it yourself mode.

Dislikes

You are hired here just for experiment. You will asked to search for other job with 3-4 months of joining. This company is run by some oldies with so much aggressive and impulsive nature. They dont hesitate to shout even at female staffs. Its quite usual here people coming and leaving this company within couple of months. Most of them get so frustrated they leave without salary & notice period.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
