I'm pavan kumar..... Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and tha managemant is transparent.....

There is a lot of politics and tha managemant doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there isa bond of yeare before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees.....

No Valve for the loyal and Dedicated people. Who are good at Bucketing and Same religion they have the wonderful future. Sometimes even that fails. Full of Politics

Good work environment and culture. Good bonus every year and loyalty bonus every three years. Best place to learn self development skills. Company policies are good

I like that the management and HR DEPARTMENT are spending lot of time by typing fake reviews in Glassdoor and Ambition box . Atleast they know that they are the most toxic company

- Guys all the reviews are fake please read each and everything 🙏 - Do not kill or destroy your career as there is zero learning opportunities. And the entire management are useless - It's not a product company there is nothing that LKQ owns except for rebranding and selling items .no single product of their own - please guys just because the interview are really easy even for senior guys don't join as their is no work and your mental health will deplete every day - Check all the 5 * reviews then decide I myself leaving the company after 5 months as this guys nows how to bost things but when it comes to real work .not a single person is good enough
