• The people and associates here, even your TL's and immediate manager great (depends on the teams). • Internal job postings. • Family Culture and togetherness. • Less work stress (again depends)

Dislikes

• Pay is below average (people staying here for years still don't get that kind of pay what that kind of experience the people bring to the company) •No work life balance (don't confuse it with work stress) • No flexibility at all. • Work is measured by the amount of time you been inside the office. • Less hierarchy which is in a way good, but gives more control to the higher management.

They have deducted salary and No proper co-ordination from the management

No Valve for the loyal and Dedicated people. Who are good at Bucketing and Same religion they have the wonderful future. Sometimes even that fails. Full of Politics

No work if you don't want to work

Dislikes

No work, No Skill development, False promise on salary, Posh issues, Weak Management, High Workload(as majority people don't want to work and weak management does nothing about it). They don't provide the promised salary. The company does not support its employees if they want to leave the toxicity of the organixation

no recognition, managers, no vertical growth, they always say we are flat organization but higher management gets promotions.

I'm pavan kumar..... Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and tha managemant is transparent.....

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and tha managemant doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there isa bond of yeare before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees.....
