There was only one thing that I liked i.e. my Team leader was a very good person. Apart from that nothings was much good.

Dislikes

Very low compensation, no growth. Company director speaks in abusive language if the work is not done. I stayed for 1.6 years just to show the job stability as it was my first job but I regret. Keeps very high expectations from freshers. I have seen all the female workers getting verbally abused including me. He holds everyone's FNF even after leaving on good note. (cross checked with every colleague) Even after leaving on good note, the company director gave negative references to all the companies for background verifications. My current company did not run my background verification process, but this director guy called my Director saying she is not very good with her work and here i am completing 2 years in my new company. If any female worker is thinking about joining this company, then please don't. I have literally seen females crying in that company. I believe people should be treated very well in all organisations.
