The salary offered is higher than rest of the company in market.

Either Senior management keeps changing every 6 months or their responsibilities change and then there is no alignments done 2-3 people work is expected to be done by 1 person So When they are considering themselves as a luxury brand not enough staff hired. There is no promotion on basis of merit. It all depends on whose clan you come in. Senior management calls respective heads and tell them to reduce the rating so that the increment given is lesser. Only people of HO are given maximum awards each year.

Nothing to like. But global team members are good and Japan culture is good. But india management sucks.

...workplace is full of bad politics by top management and HR directors are worst.. they will not even worth of half of the salary outside of LIXIL. Full of bad atmosphere and bad policies and rules.

They dont really care about their employee. Don't give salary on time.Dont sell their product directly,they sell through the channel partner . Channel partner sell the product at double or triple price and cheat with coustmers.

The channel sales manager module is very excellent to the jobless candidates One could learn too much from the seniors how they dedicatedly putting their efforts for the company growth and we can see the results company is able to capturing the market and reached even in rural areas of the country. One can build his/her career under the masters of sales. The way company is growing from the day company started working in india few years back is very excellent this is achieved due to team work and dedication. Also,company is having wide and premium range of products.

Company should create very good salary package for channel sales manager by taking responsibility as career growth is very slow sometimes feeling job security.

Lixil product was good but there vendors were totally unbalanced.. there working policy worst and I had experienced it. The vendor which is in Pune Hatchway windoor pvt ltd it was the worst experience with working.
