Livspace was my third company that I worked with. I worked with them for 5 long years, because I loved the work culture, and salary structure, the appraisals, work-life balance, and the opportunities to learn and grow. During my tenure with them, I had the chance to work with multiple clients and hone my professional skills. I got to learn about how various departments overlap and work in tandem with each other for one goal: serving clients from all over the world. I had a great time, indeed! Sadly, I did not find a better company after Livspace.

Dislikes

My only problem with Livspace was too far away from my new place of dwelling.

Only best thing is Salary on time & Monthly variable payout, & some other benefits.

Dislikes

Nothing to like about no job security, no work culture ethics, just hire & fire kind of mentality, no bonding with team or seniors, just giving unrealistic targets & no clarity on company policies, don't join in FoFo team, u will regret very much.

Growth is very slow and at the same compensation parity is not there. Lot of politics involved because of one person from Presale team. He is heading the function. He should learn to respect and praise the heart and soul of people working for him

Pathetic experience and work culture. Almost 12 hours work of everyday infact my manager would not leave a chance to get on nerves over 1 weekoff Monday we had . it was clearly stated policy if you do not achieve desired targets on weekend Monday would be kind of working. Unrealistic targets and immense work pressure. Absolute microlevel management.

Just interior company which is brand all over India.

Dislikes

Not getting enough salary as per work performance. No appreciation for hard work which is done previously and expecting more. No personal life. Not getting enough leaves. no increment. At the time of increment, shows many reasons, excuses.
