It was an incredible experience as I was able to construct the funnel of potential Livpreneurs in order to constantly meet the Onboarding Targets MoM. I involved myself in a lot of research to find potential Livpreneurs from sites such as Google and other Interior Designer platforms. Livspace undoubtedly has an excellent culture and working conditions. The management and team members are helpful. Excellent HR practices, good insurance covers and benefits for all their employees. They have an encouraging work-life balance and health awareness among all employees.

Dislikes

An incremental pay raise Scheduling & coordinating discussion meetings between Potential Livpreneurs and Territory Managers, needs a little more coordination.

Likes

The salary used to credit on 1st of the months until and unless it's bank holiday. My manager was always ready to help and always wanted us to grow and motivated.

Dislikes

You can't develop any skill like creating 2d, 3d and rendering they have freelance to do this job you just need to coordinate but if you are someone who is looking for clients handling then this is a place for you.

Salary was credited right on the 1st of every month. Timing was flexible. No login logout system is there, which makes it comfortable and without barrier.

Dislikes

Management is little haphazard and keeps taking new actions which becomes toxic. No overtime was paid. Had to work till 12am in office due to manager's pressure.

Not getting enough salary as per work performance. No appreciation for hard work which is done previously and expecting more. No personal life. Not getting enough leaves. no increment. At the time of increment, shows many reasons, excuses.

... disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Be careful before joining such a toxic culture or else you might get good salary but it’s fully rotten and not worth the money.
