Nothing to like about no job security, no work culture ethics, just hire & fire kind of mentality, no bonding with team or seniors, just giving unrealistic targets & no clarity on company policies, don't join in FoFo team, u will regret very much.

They hire and fire as if employees are machines. There r no appraisals, delayed salary dates and no respect to employees.

Good Working culture. Satisfactory and timely salary. LivSpace is trying really well to innovate and create SOP to compete in the market. For a professional it is a very good opportunity to learn and work.

Dislikes

LivSpace should be supporting the work from anywhere culture more, as this is the future. Secondly they should be quicker in their workflow and employee support management.

Not getting enough salary as per work performance. No appreciation for hard work which is done previously and expecting more. No personal life. Not getting enough leaves. no increment. At the time of increment, shows many reasons, excuses.

... disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Be careful before joining such a toxic culture or else you might get good salary but it’s fully rotten and not worth the money.
