...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Everything was good; until new Manager came. He is reason why I hate diploma. He is insecure, incompetent & loser. He is demeaning & appraisal-stealer. He ensured that I have below dislikes.

... 3. No growth due to his misunderstanding He wasted my 2.5 years without growth. I am still behind standard pay due to him. He worst person I’ve ever met in my life.

In company,everyone can enjoy there job as well life. Seniors are so supportive. Chairman sir very careful about employees. They took town hall every month with every employee icluding ground engineers.

Very Limited appraisal 5-7 %, New Employee gets good salary, company doesn't looks after old and experienced employees who are jewels and working fantastically. That's why Old employees are Leaving. Policies on senior levels, HR Heads plays good politics.
