Good team members. Good work like balance. Manager is supportive.

No proper recognition. No proper salary hikes. Random policy changes inbetween. Like they mail any random day that policy has changed and will be into effect from tomorrow. Worst HR dept.

...about the employees, you're reporting boss will be in safer side but not your's. Any how the salary and structure is good.

Don't like this company. Everyone at safer side. You can't trust anyone in this organization. No support from your reporting manager.

Company salary structure is good ,On the other hand sales team and higher management is favorable and energetic. So join only sales.

I don't recommend to be join service department, they are just pathetic experience and always do negative and abuse you .

Overall Good... Depending on reporting manager, if he/she is good with you then no need to worry about work or salary and promotion.

Dislikes

If your relationship is not good with your reporting Manager then no one listen your word. One of the most disadvantage of organisation not livguard overall every where I observe.

...mpany policies are good, appraisals strictly based on performance you're giving. They give healthy bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company strictly focus on work.They do not provide opportunity of extra curricular activities.
