The overall culture is very good. We all work together, all facilities provided are great. They are few employees who take full advantage of company and then abuse the system. Only loosers can write such reviews, who are not capable of finding job. They will not grow anywhere they join and will keep complaining and cribbing.

They are 5 days working on paper only, you will be asked to work leaves also and it will be mandatory otherwise you will be marked absent Management do not talk properly with anyone, business is run by the family They have asked their employees to give good ratings They have given leaves lesser than the applicable law which make your personal life very disturbed You will be asked for live location, doctor's slip and any other evidence when you take leave Business is run by the family, it's not MNC at all, don't fall for their fancy offers in salary because they will make your 20% CTC as variable which you will never receive No employees has spent here 1 year till date expect 3 to 4 because they get permanent work from home. They are very partial to give benefits, they do not provide work from home to others Girls also work here and there is no safety for them and they are asked to work till 2AM which is also illegal Employees life is here generally for 6 months. Don't ruin your career here. Better be unemployed rather than working in this toxic environment. They are doing many illegal things.
