Brain related diseases may occur. 1. There is discrimination in salary in job whereas work is equal to everyone. 2.No matter how sick you are and what's happening in your family you have to come to the office. 3. Even your family member is in thd hospital or death you have to attend the office at any cost. otherwise 2 days salary will deduct. 4. You can't talk with your friends and partner in the office. 5. Leave will not be provide with weekoff but your seniors Like your TL, ATL, SPA's can take. 6. If anybody is not finding stealings, then it is your fault not the customer who's is not stealing.

... HR work exp:- family business)who don't even know meaning of HR responsibility. All the family member who run this business cut the salary of needy staff without any reason or ask them to leave f they have any problem, every month 5-10 employees usually left after taking salary. No cafeteria you cannot go out to grab some snacks if you are working in night shift. Even security guard has more power than a team leader. some of the team leader (Mr Punit Verma) are puppet of management and bitching about the other employees. All the good comments are from the HR only as they are on the same date. they will finish you social life. if they saw you outside of the office they will pass comment on you in front of the team. I bet if any of their previous employee will say good about the company. worst company to work like you can say that its East India Company of Karnal. very very bad experience.

It was great working at Live Eye Surveillance. I visited live eye today(after 2 years since i have left) to collect a document. The HR team was really cooperative and provided me the document I was looking for. Special thanks to the Team Leader Paras Sachdeva, Senior HR Kanika Sharma and HR Aishwarya Marathe for the smooth process. The company is growing really well and would be a great opportunity for youngsters to join Live Eye Surveillance team.

Quality oriented place. Work environment is friendly and supportive. Company policies are transparent and employees are recognised for their work and skills. A great platform to grow and learn.
