They don't give salary, actually they want you to work for free basically. The Owner is mad and illiterate. Each yea they take new employees so that they don't need to increment the salary of old employees. Don't join here.

I had horrible experience with this school.The management doesn't know how to give respect to the teachers..They rebuke and even abuse the teachers with filthy languages. Guardian oriented environment.Worst working environment.No increment.Epitome of politics.No career growth..Don't even try in this school.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
