Overall I worked there to build experience, I did not like anything in particular

Dislikes

It seemed like you're the only employee working there, I would have loved to interact more with other employees, timely review which they promised but never delivered and therefore no appraisal! Sometimes their rigidity in the model lets the shadow teacher being a sandwich between school professionals and seniors at the little pods, which puts the child in question at loss.

Likes

Smooth process with professional documentation. Good training and hand-holding. They also have a different approach depending on client needs, so they do give good exposure. Work culture is casual.

Dislikes

Few team bonding activities or events. Specific deadlines.

I liked the interpersonal communication amongst the team members. They are helpful and cater to every requirement

Dislikes

I dislike that there is a lack of transparency in terms of job assignment and lack of preparation for the same
