They don't provide a justified salary even to a employee who is working since 3- 4 years , no satisfied appraisal , they don't have the policy of work from home , they have maintained a system employee can't even ask for going to home 2 or 3 hrs before , employee is asked to either use their short leave or half day will be considered, except monthly salary , no other benefits
