Very bad experience working in little Italy....I am working in full mounth in August mounth and one day my village is coming in flooding that s y I am back to my home and I am informed the company in my situation & this Mounth the my salary is hold ...& Company speek to me the salary is hold due to u r back to the home....very froud company....& Pf cut in salary but company Is not pay to pf in account...No medical facailtyy in worker during job.... owner is froud....& My suggestion is my all friends do not working in little Italy.....u r working in dhaba but not working in little Italy....food test is always bad....they not properly cleaning....all employees even manneger also not professional courses passed....

Unfair reporting, unplanned work timelines, pathetic communication culture, state discrimination, Over Workload beyond KPI, Slave attitude for employees, Low and unfair payout, Unplanned official visits, Unfair HR policies, Overcriticism, Toxic work environment, No compensation for extra hours, Good for people who can manipulate boss by hiding their mistakes and tarnishing image of genuinely working employees, I partially regret to join this company, Apart from work exposure, it has given me nothing but drained my mental strength instead. Even if you give your 200% you'll be harassed and insulted infront of team unnecessarily in every pathetic slang possible, that's why the company has highest attrition rate I have ever seen. Genuine intelligence is not appreciated here, so join at your discretion.

It was a nice experience all the time and always have a experience guidance from HR Manager (Ms Mantript Kaur), my colleagues (Parag Pathare & Chetna Oza) and our CEO (Mr Naveen Shetty.)

HR is Pathetic, don't have culture,treat candidate like Company don't care about them,Upper Management is also not tht great, too much of office politics and biased nature
