There are many downsides of working at LFHS. Firstly, the principal of the school is very toxic and pressuring. She also is very rude to all the teachers and students and it creates a toxic environment to work in. I didn't get paid for whatever work I did for the school. The principal is absolutely pathetic in terms of communication with the teachers. The only way she has a conversation is by yelling and humiliating the teachers in front of students, parents and other school staff. In the month of working for LFHS I learnt that 4 English teachers had left the school due to the principal's behaviour. After I left, computer and Hindi teacher left as well because the principal humiliated them in the staff room by saying personal life things in front of others that should have been discussed privately in the principal's cabin. It seems the principal is creating a lot of pathetic mistakes back to back which is bad for the reputation of the school.

One of the most amazing schools i've ever worked. Its a normal school with loads of goodness level among the teachers students and the principal ( a lady of honor kindness knowledge ethics gentleness courage and inspiration). This school especially supports rural area kids for education. Teachers needs and students needs are immediately considered by the principal and action is taken immediately. Kids are damn friendly and the teachers are so. We can frame our own curriculum design and we will have the freedom of work which is the most amazing part i wish to thank and i enjoyed. I just worked there for few months, but due to my own personal reasons i left but i'am wishing and dreaming to join this school again if i have the luck favoring me. So ,much positive vibes and great atmosphere most enjoyed part of my life was under the roof of The Little Flowers School.
