There is opportunity to grow and learn new skills.

The work culture is not up-to-the-mark. There is undue stress on the teachers. Too much of meddling of the administration into the teacher's work and also very poor work-life balance.

TEACHERS JUST KNOW LIKE SHIT,THEY ARE JUST UNCOOPERATIVE NOTHING GOOD FROM MY SIDE IF PARENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE READING THEN JUST CHANGE YOUR MIND, SEE FOR JANKIDA,MODREN SCHOOL OR APOLLO SCHOOL. THEY ARE FAR BETTER THAN IT I HAVE ALSO LEFT THE JOB RECENTLY
