Nothing, worst company ever. They deduct rs 5000 from the salary of a driver . The reason because he/she was suffering from fever and did not made up for a day. This company is disgusting for a day it's excessive amount tbh.

1. Not giving full.salary 2. Deducting Money unnecessary 3. Supervisor Deducting money and he drinks alcohol with our money and does party every night during work 4. Mannerless arguing Supervisors 5. Worst Cab Company in pune 6. Drivers give alcohol.to.supervisor and those drivers get short distance trip. And newcommers have to.go.for long trips 7. Every Saturday Sunday those bribe giver.drivers get leave and others have to.come to.company 8. Telling Drivers to use their Cab in Uber and supervisors, site managers taking that income from.us to drink.abd party and not giving it back. 9. Not.cooperating new drivers

There is no fixed salary (if any asset damage with any reason without our involvement they debit our salary even tho if any our mistake involved in the situation

Lithium is the biggest electric transport organisation, that gives all Lithium people an opportunity to improve ourselves . It is a great option for a career.

There are good workers in the company, there are also enough own EV vehicles . But there is a shortage of clients. For that, the sales team should take the more business

There is no off for fastival, no government leaves , only office team and management taking leave for festivals and enjoying on Friday, but never invited operation team to any dinner or Friday for games , when I resign i didn't get any reward or any some words form this organisation , management is worst
