The company culture is very inclusive and work wise there are a lot of good people you can connect with. Some teams have great unity and support from each other and from the managers and leads.

Salary is pretty low and doesn't have a lot of hikes. Promotions don't happen based on your work experience.

...tion for contractors. Big NO for contract. Company failed to find new projects. Simply sit and get the salary until you get some work.

It's a great place to work. I loved the work culture & I always had work life balance. The people and the team I worked with was awesome. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair & they provide decent hike.

Dislikes

For some projects the scope to learn more & grow is less. Even though project is earning ample amount management wasn't ready to retain the people who are leaving the company.

You wont get recognition for your work.they are selecting people based on the skin colour. they will use and throw the people once the job done.if you think to do the work before the estimated time,if you get your resignation as soon as possible.so becareful with this company before you enter into it.
