...ll, everyone was contributing and collaboration within the team was very good. The management is very helpful in solving any issues raised whether its emergency leave/travel to home country/ salary advance/maternity leave extension/ home office/ overtime/extending vacation days etc. Till date none of my requests has been denied, they really care for their people. There is a proper appraisal cycle every year where we have our performance reviews, the salary/position hike is based on the performance and development goals. All my colleagues are from India, we have annual sports events, traditional days, cricket/football tournaments as well as company outings and team building activities. We have office lunch (for any occassion and achivements like new postion/driving license/ becoming a new parent/project completion and birthday celebrations). The office enviornment is virbant and focuses on personality development and improvement. We get trainings for new technologies and also the certification cost is covered by the company.

There was no job security at all while working there. There was always constant pressure of losing job as the company policies for this where not appropriate. management was also not very much supportive in handling problems and bring new policies.

No career growth, no job security, no appropriate appraisal ,lot of politics and poor work environment no work life balance
