Working environment and management are good. Our colleagues are supportive and helpful. Company policies are also good, gives salary hike.

Dislikes

Salary is good but not as per qualified teachers expect. And sometimes principal is not cooperative.

Here, I get an opportunity to assist the volunteers who are changing the world, a little everyday by there deeds ok kindness. It is an amazing feeling to be able to enable the enablers. Very fulfilling feeling to know that while one is Making a living, I can also contribute to back to the world. #KINDNESSMATTERS

They are very professional and one gets a lot to learn about practical scenerio in the NGO/Social Services sector

Since I have been only an intern .... To point out its cons I need to work for a longer period.... One thing I can say is that since its such a big organisation a basic minimum stipend of 3000-5000 can be provided to the interns as well as volunteers

People are very friendly and they help you to learn new things and guides you if you need any help.

It's a minor thing that it is not stable and expectation for doing good and getting something back doesn't work here just do good don't expect anything in return.

I am very glad to share about my college...its a college for students and staff friendly .They provide all amenities and extraordinary other activity.so every one is enjoying to work with lions college
