The company is good for a start also It's a stable job where you can get comfortable with the work-life. working in Linuxbean helped me learn a lot of things. People who don't wanna challenge themselves or want a stable job can settle for Years in the company.

There is nothing one would actually dislike in the company. Yes, you can get comfy in the company. There is limited to explore yourself and the leaves are lesser. but its great place to learn skills and develop oneself

They always trap the employers in bond at the time of increment and there is no value of the talent. And very less increment. Infrastructure is like 3BHK flat.
