There is gap of communication between Owner, Senior Management and Med Rep. This organisation is good at Psychatry and Cardiac which is original Linux. The worst part with Dermanex division, don't know how but they have selected GM who already drown company like yash pharma, and Alkem. Company offer 1+1 scheme to few Doctor . GM makes false commitment as a result there is no sales. Sr GM so smart ,he changes ASM , RSM every six months. If you want to play with your career please join this organisation in Derma divison.

... 2. Worst senior management. 3. Divisional clash 4. Unethical sales pressure. 5. Salary deduction is there even if you are hospitalised!! 6. Timing is worst. 7. Forget about your personal life. 8. Territory is as bigger as there can be three persons territory. 9. Even I didn't get my training also.

Company culture is not good for employees Not single benefits for employees Seniors is not good for medical rep Upper management is not supportive for employees

The only like is that you get paid on the last day of work.

Multiple 1) There is absolute no proper culture that resonates among the people. 2) Too much field work with crammed work with has no use. 3) Dont join in CNS team here because S##h@l is shit so is S#### ×@y. All prizes they get is by giving money. Even HR K@vitha doesnt know HR norms. Everyone finds each other as suspect rather than colleagues.
