...mate job, I'm doing job last 3 year but they not given a single job increment. In COVID-19 they didn't support employees given 14% salary after completing good work.

Management, also not providing any health befit to field employees. No protection no health insurance .

i worked there around 1 year , there is no salary growth , and work environment is so poor . no professionalism , they run as a shop , sorry to say very bad experience .

older employees working like weird , bad infrastructure , girls and boys have same washroom without cleaning . no water facilities , no training session , sitting like two or more person at one desk

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
