...mate job, I'm doing job last 3 year but they not given a single job increment. In COVID-19 they didn't support employees given 14% salary after completing good work.

i worked there around 1 year , there is no salary growth , and work environment is so poor . no professionalism , they run as a shop , sorry to say very bad experience .

...t are good and helpful. At critical conditions, they are very helping in nature. And salary will definitely come. Do'nt worry about salary and allowence, it may be some times late but will come. Overall Linquist is good company.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
