Office staff are very lazy they will not give you Perform invoice in time and they will never try to address your issue They will not give you any samples or pop material If you call your reporting manager he will say what can I do.

Likes

The company's founder and promotor are really gem personalities. They treat everyone with good respect irrespective of your designation/age or gender. Even most of the old employees at the Aligarh location are following the same culture, the situation is not the same at the Delhi office.

Dislikes

Hired the wrong person to head the Delhi office. You will hear a loud noise and abusive language coming out of the cabin. You can't talk to anyone otherwise it will be called a "Panchaayat". You can't wear clothes of your choice, you can't carry the bag of your choice you can't do anything if he does not like it. basically, you have to become a puppet of him, if you want to save your job. Otherwise, he will start shouting at you and will find a way so that either you will resign yourself or else he will ask you to resign.

Working environment is really beyond expectations, there is work life balance, hierarchy is open tởo suggestions which is the best part of working here.

Dislikes

Training and development of employees is not the first priority of the management.
