There is no growth in terms of salary and knowledge improvement. The process which is there it rarely found anywhere else. It is better first know the company product then decide whether you really want to stay there or not without wasting time.

Gives lots of time to new joiners specially software developers after hiring. Good company for women. Good work culter. Free shuttle service.

Dislikes

Still working in legacy technologies. Limited learning opportunities. Below average salary hikes.

...motions at best 4) unorganised management , HOD and Managers are vision less. 5) very less salary, no increments 6) unfair incentive programme ( basically not reasonable) 7) No Skip level meetings ever 8) high attrition rate 9) no transparency with employee for any update or rule change 10) No Cafeteria , poor transport services 11) no personal life balance due to long working hours 12) no proper task delegation, senior associates handling team leaders task, team leader handling managers task... quite funny.

All they want to do here is deduct as much possible from your pay. They do not prefer to pay incentives to the one who haven't cleared certain exams but they'll make you work more than anyone who has cleared it saying that, "the amount you receive for working is your salary n not your incentives."

If you know buttering, you will not need skills here. Moreover your skills will be used to do maximum work, but in return the corresponding yearly increament will not even come close to your expectation.

... Absolutely no job security. Ratio of work: work-lufe balance is like n:null Ratio of work/achievements: increament/salary hike is like n:100/n Managers and senior leaders always presurising to come work from office in whatsApp and team meetings, even in the midst of covid.
