link automation is third class company

i am worked 6 year with this company but overall i am 0 because they don't give you proper salary, if working with Flash you don't join any company they run flash, all trainer are also trainee, nothing any security of job, career growth is 0%, appraisal nothing, travel by your exp. third class work environment work life so bad. Over your life fully damage.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
