There was nothing that I liked except that there was holiday on Saturday unlike other universities.

Dislikes

They don't give salary. They take security of 1000 rs each month and tell you that they will give this money back when you'll leave their university but during that time they don't give you a penny back. They don't give you salary for many many months and after that they'll never give you that salary of all those accumulated months. There is no job security and false promises.

There are lot of things which i like most of Lingaya's. Below are some which i am going to describe. 1. Academic Environment: Being a University, it provides opportunities to engage in research, teaching, and academic discussions. 2. Career Growth: Universities often offer faculty development programs, research grants and chances for promotion. 3. Work-Life Balance: Compared to corporate jobs, universities sometimes provide a more balanced workload. 4. Dislikes

Hence, there is no doubt that lingaya's vidyapeeth have well rounded, perfect and multifaceted. But in every organization, companies or universities have some like or dislike. So i have also one dislike or you can say one advice. We are try to providing 100% placement to our students. But we should also cross-check that all students are placed in companies.

Lingaya's vidyapeeth foster a dynamic and supportive work environment. It values innovation in teaching. Industry exposure ,and students engagement. A great place for professional growth and academic excellence.

I don't have any personal like or dislikes, provides a dynamic environment to enhance time management and organisational skills.

Likes

I like the creative freedom I get as a graphic designer. I get to experiment with new ideas and bring them to life, which is incredibly fulfilling. The chance to collaborate with different teams and the supportive leadership make my workday enjoyable and help me grow.

Dislikes

balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines can be hectic at times.

Likes

Management is verymuch friendly with faculty and staff. He believe all staff of Lingaya's Vidhyapeeth are his family.

Dislikes

True information is not reaching to management. Academician must given opportunity and need trust on them. The butterscotch nature peoples need to identifying.
