...e raise his voice to stop this. 2nd thing, no increment in this financial year 3rd thing, there is no appreciation and salary hike to the old employee.Old employees are getting less salary then new employees.. 4th thing, I think career growth is not possible here.As Seniors told us that they will provide work/job/designation as per our qualification and experience but till now no progress found..

...agement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gameing arcade for chilling. Company police are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is deduction, No growth, timely salary and convence not received,no good environment, I have to work 24*7hour straight day and night. I have to attend clients call in 24*7 hour,no facilities provide by company in 24*7hour working hour.

As per my observation from long 10 years CMD of the company is very kind and kgood

Dislikes

HR Head is not good here as he never listens the managers words ...as whole the mangers are taking the work from the there teams and they will complete the task on time but at appraisal time only HR head play the major part and he do the better appraisal to who talk to him sweetly and who is in touch with him in phone calls and msgs but never know what is the technical team works like anything to complete the task within the timelines and getting project and business success At final appraisal time every hardwork will be ignored and considering only bucket people who never done any such contribution in any manner only manging with sweet words which is never help in the work completion and business growth because ....still more but now it's enough I think
