...il-ender nai-du, the HR emailed her, "you have not qualified for the 2nd round". So, they first ask you to come for 2nd round, discuss the salary package, ask you to join early and then say that your round 1 was a fail. And all this takes around 40 days. I don't suggest anyone to join here. Check their google reviews first before sending samples or working.

1. There is a lot of things to learn regarding Product Knowledge. And upper management also concerned about it. 2. Because of the products Doctors gives enough time for conversion. 3. Reporting process is not much difficult but you have to sync everyday. 4. Good atmosphere for LGBTQ community. 5. Best place to build up good relationship with HCPs.

1. You will never get salary or expenses on time. Sometimes they will pay you one month later. As company has fund issues. 2. No proper HR policies. No Sick Leaves, even your Earned Leave will not be sanctioned. 2 CL allowed in a quarter. 3. Very low DA. 4. Job Profile is bit hybrid kind of as compared with industry. Also proper TO DO Job is not mentioned in OFFER LETTER. 5. Confirmation Letter not provided. 6. There is no regularities in Yearly Apprisal. 7. No Job Security. They will sack you overnight and without any compensation. 8. Whole company is runned by ZBM & NSM. HR is just a Silent Spectator. 9. Buttering Policy maintained by Management. Mostly from MNCs (GSKs) 10. No Work Life Balance. 11. You might have called for GMeet with 5mins notice, that is also in Sunday or Holidays. 12. You have to ask to join GMeet when you are on Leave or Sick (even Hospitalised). 13. No one trust each other. 14. Every day you will have GMeet or ZoomMeet for almost no reason at 9am or 7pm. 15. You will not get Expenses if your collection is not 100%. 16. Upper Management terminate Lower Management to save his/her job is the main culture in EAST.

Lilac Insights is the worst organisation I have worked with. Working culture is very bad, salary is never credited on time, HR Dept is the worst dept amongst all other dept, as they never respond to the email of employees and not even a single issue is resolved on time.

... I have continue with half day working and Co. Will giving me net salary of Rs. 11k in present but my main highlighted issue is that I m in co from last 6 yrs but salary growth is not happening and you can also checked if I am wrong, also I m half day employee but everyday I m doing extra work for so far locations till 4-5pm instead of half day work till 1 pm but as per my salary I receiving only half day salry and also co. Giving only 200 travelling conveyance for the day which is not sufficient due to emergency visits which will not possible by train hence I have to be travel by taxi or auto-rikshaw haw and they will be charged for 1km of Rs. 30/- then how will be it is managed under of Rs. 200/- for the So sorry for the issues highlighted but also local HR also not supporting for issues resolving they are neglecting or hiding problems I am happy to work with this well known co which will be in service industry for giving service of genetic taste. But I will have to many challenges to work but I am completing my daily work Please addressed my issues and resolved on priority to work in good and healthy atmosphere.
