There are no hikes as per the experience.. at least they are not considering to normalise the package it’s very disappointing. I have been working since 9years with 10 years experience I have package same as my experience.. it’s totally unacceptable as I feel.

No need educational qualifications,no need experience, no job security, salary increments depending based on person and they are not consider work. No leaves, No festivals, no bonus, no medical claims, no minimum facilities for staff.

I am working as a piping Engineer in Likhitha Infrusture pvt.ltd.I am very thankfull to this company.I have learnt and also continue learning in this company.All staff and my all colleague and our worker behaviour are very good and they are very politely.

...essurized any Engineer or supervisor to do that job quickly as soon as pollibly.They will not extra pay for extra work.

1. No work-life balance. 12 hours of work on Mon-Sat and at least half day of work on Sundays, without any ovetime pay. 2. Poor food and accommodation. 3. Even top management uses abusive language. If you want to work here, be prepared to sacrifice your entire life for the job.

Hey Champ. A little bit information writing to introduce you. There is a no rule n regulations while you are working here. Anyone can abuse you or even job timing is very poor. It's early morning starting like 6 am to 9 pm till. If you have any concerns to hr team will never listen to you. Hr management is very poor. Specially Head hr Mahesh such a worst guy who doesn't know the ethics of hr policy and rules n regulations. In sort company is totally a waste there is a no respect while you are working there last a year. Always meeting going there but no any result you will get sorted. Please don't join there at any post because there is a no any lucrative package or services for you. Just do mail no one will take action against of people. Mahesh is a dog of Nandu.
