Dislikes

The person in-charge was a long time employee and saw us as a threat to his job, so he actively worked to make us look like idiots. Be it by giving freshers for our team (who were unable to speak or understand English and we didn't know any Thai) to making us work at night (so that we couldn't even contact the boss). Also they have a culture that they think that the Thai people are always superior and others are always inferior. That's the bubble these are living. They have an experience of more than 20 years and don't understand the fundamental guidelines of designing. When we tried to make them understand, they just waved us off as inferiors. The took credit of our works and dumped their failures on us.
