Work Culture is not Good and Salary is very less and those who join as fresher first three month no stipend or salary for freshers. After 3 month stipend of 5k to 8k based on your performance. After that 12k to 18k will be your salary based on your performance. Strict work timings you are not even allowed to go outside within working hours. Work Pressure is there and you are constantly been judged.

The company is adopts old technology and add new patch which is somehow client bases it's global.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high, i have attend client calls.

Working at LHS is great ,Senior staff are supportive and advusable always.Many of The lhs members are handholders for the freshers as well experianced persons.Working environment is good,Good value of company in market.Capicity to Customize the system at any level,hence always have projects in Hand.

As the company grows every employee thinks for his personal growth too and in lighthouse it is bit difficult to get satisfactory hike.
