If you are a flatterer of one person in the credit team, your job is safe.if you work honestly, your job is in danger.and and if you change your gender,you get promoted in credit team .it is good to be in the business team and Promotion are done on the basis of look's not on the basis of work , promotion is given after seeing the work.

...eds appreciation, chance to work with CXO's but only closed ones are getting it. *Pay is below average in my case though they were paying to others managers & senior managers. offered 50%+ hike to manager appointed from X NBFC but when it comes to paying ASM budget is issue 20%+ incentive. I observe only.

...rt is not available and work is hard and you do not get any proper facilities. No salary growth Branch ke pas me koi is not a knowledge / expression manager Company loan policy is not good Company levies higher interest rates on loans Which is not good for the poor Company loan amount is low
