If you are a flatterer of one person in the credit team, your job is safe.if you work honestly, your job is in danger.and and if you change your gender,you get promoted in credit team .it is good to be in the business team and Promotion are done on the basis of look's not on the basis of work , promotion is given after seeing the work.

...rt is not available and work is hard and you do not get any proper facilities. No salary growth Branch ke pas me koi is not a knowledge / expression manager Company loan policy is not good Company levies higher interest rates on loans Which is not good for the poor Company loan amount is low

The Management means if you have any issue and or you are in any problem like harassment and if you will told your problems to management then they will definitely give justice to you … They will terminate/Separate you as you are the reason Because you have given him chance to harass you. So they will also terminate you . So if you have to survive then you have to became mute if you are getting harass then don’t tell anybody other wise you will out of the office.
