They don’t care about their own products, just keep it working zero servicing, repair only what’s needed and on too the next. Work life balance is poor 10 day shifts are no good by the end of it you need the 2 days off to recover! HR- they don’t keep to the rule book simply make it up as they go along. Telematics/ iPad knows where you are even if you are on the loo! Constant emails even on your day off . Expect you to work extra hours or early starts with little notice 1* only applies to working here

Good peers, good culture, job security is good won’t remove you,lot of time to learn,flexible timings

WLB depends on team and manager, code base is old, tech stack old, Difficult for newbies, some manager are psycho and some are good, Depends on your teams.

Almost everything, no equal treatment to employees of the team, too much difference in hikes of employees, team management is very bad, managers blame employees for their bad performance, work flexibility, micro management everytime.

You can enjoy work life balance & dig into work for whatever type of work you want. I'd worked for this company for last 5 years, but due to major changes in leadership after acquisition of NYX, it started getting worse. The good people have left company in last 2 years.

Dislikes

After two years you'll be pro at your work in iGaming and will be repeating the cycle. No much learning compared to other domains. Since the games are also repeatative n designed for 40s people, they just want various issues and bugs to be supported. No much features are incorporated. Company is now expanding just either by taking over other companies OR by reaching out to newer markets.
