Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I'm working in ligabue company since almost 2 Year I'm working offshore, onshore, also Dammam Bach. i see ligabue is a Very good company and everything from food quality and customer service is Very good. Nothing it's like to ligabue if i don't need money I left it before. I worked because I need money.

Dislikes

Always delay salary when you complain they threatened you to terminate no good behaviour with workers no increment no good food no good management also shouting every time. They don't give any Ramadan bonus or any other festival bonus
