Dislikes

Nursing staff are 90% from backward areas of rajasthan. Highly toxic to doctor- gnm nurse will put doctor down. Nurses expect doctor to help in their clerical work and supervise housekeeping staff. HR on site is called manager. He expects to be treated like a king and is highly jealous of mbbs doctor. Regional head Dr hema Jain bams mba does not bother to look into such non professional behavior of administrative staff.

I am privileged for working in such a well esteemed organization , it give me a different all together experience and enlighten me and help me to learn and grow in it . All together staff and team members motivate us ,and share their testimony which gives new energy.
