Lifestyle is a great place to work for, Senior management is very nice,but in store management is not so good,job satisfaction is there,salary is so good, learning is great, I loved to work there.

in store management is very partial.

As my per experience salary part is low compared to other organisations. But they eventually try to match.

It's the Great Place to Work.. Good Work Culture. Teammates are Supportive And the management is transparent. also Good skills Development, learning ..as well as Work Life Balance.

Salary is decent but Career growth is slow.

Leadership is not that good Culture & value are very disrespectful Compensation is very low compared to other competitors No work life balance Managers do not understand the employee safety and well beings Etc..

...t there especially it feels like a whole big family living and working together. the working environment was good, the salary was good everybody there is very welcoming and warm.

I worked at customer service desk and we have to standup and work for whole shift so that was little rough everything else was good.
