Salary very low. Manpower very low due to this Lot of burdens on employees. 12 hrs shift is normal most of the days. Salary is very low. Seniors has no manners how to talk to employees. Rude behaviour.

1) Less growth opportunity as expansion is very slow. 2) Limited training and development for Managers 3) Dual reporting Operational and functional 4) Salary structure is not balanced as per the grades. 5) Work culture varies from Region to region and store to store.

Sometimes late time in work that day management book the cap. Company policies are good appraisal are fair they give good salary. Deewali time full salary's bonum every yr.

Every time standing ☹️ timings also 9or 10 hour's.

You got loads of work to do, so stress handling. Who is good at buttering gets all liniency rest has to suffer.

...litate.. Two facet HR policy. Job security is a big concern. Lots of politics. Salary is not good as per the given work load it's unmatchable sort of. Work pressure is immense as per industry norms, there KRA is like 30 folds more. U can feel a robot there & u r Begging for leaves a big no.

unfair practices in cost cutting, no job security, a company becomes best place to work when the employees has a job security feeling which is not at all there.. Every month there is a high attrition level in head office which becomes difficult for store operation team to co-ordinate. deserving employees do not get appreciation. managers whom they dont like will be thrown out of the company..its all based on personal interests , so how can you cal it as a best place to work!! all these awards are bought with money !!
