Highly unstructured organisation! No process, no direction, no vision. The management doesn't know their product, they just want to build some thing that can be sold!!! People chit chat loudly throughout the day in office. Space crunch, minimal productivity of employee possible. Highly unfair expectations from employee. Mid level manager, has no experience of managing a team. Zero job security! They may not even want to pay severance package !!! There is little or no team work, people have the attitude to pull down others to earn cheap brownie points in front of their managers - the worst possible culture you could get in an organisation. If you are smart and intelligent and is looking forward to work in a healthy environment, you wont be able to survive !!!! They don't know whom to recruit, what skill set they are looking for, what is the 6 month goal of the organisation. They just try to some how pull people from "big brands" and promote in the name of those employees!
