It is really a terrible company. 1)TWO years bond 2)very poor salary with compared to market standard. 3)No opportunity to learn new technologies that MARKET REQUIRED you will learn dump companies framework. 4)Horrible work/salary policies. 5)can't expect salary increment (pet guys do..) 6)work on their tool/frame-work, which has 'zero' value in market. 7)No other compesation if work on Saturday. 8)Increment is on company's aniversary and not on you 1YR. COMPLETION NOR IN APRIL 9)Huge variable pay out of which 70 -60% is cut down giving so many silly reasons

We get opportunity to develop our analysing skills and error finding skills and providing solution for it. But only issue is regarding financial growth. Its not satisfactory.Its my personal experience though.

Please don't go one of the worst company they firing employees after completion of 6 months ..I am suggesting to don't west your time to this organization also their is lot of politics are going.
