Everything ok but as experience salary is to low but for sometime. Lsf team salary increased after see your performance. Salary matter but most important work culture, relation with other staff much more supportive. Company director more helping hand, supportive to enhance your knowledge, to increase your skill from meeting held. Give chance to everyone to speak. Lifestyle food pvt Ltd is first & last company where I lot so many things.

I have started working with this firm very recently just a month ago, I am very thankful for them because they gave me a chance to prove myself, To utilize skills and abilities for the development which offers personal growth, Innovative and flexible enough for work with.

Linger around for work, Pass on the work on other solders , careless attitude , No Motivation , No proper leave policy , Politics but can handle very well , no proper appraisal system as per work , no one follows the hierarchy . no value of deserving staff.

In general, the working culture is wonderful. An employee won't hesitate at all to work under such peaceful culture. Since I have joined, the journey has been a success. Am gaining more knowledge gradually.

Working since last two months . All employee are very cooperative & supportive . Management respect your personal & professional aspects . Company policies very attractive . HR team also very supportive onboarding to running time of job . Company have system to take the feedback from every employee on frequently . Safety , Security & work life balance..
